Now, we invite you to discover why Maplewood is a great place to call home while you are visiting. Maplewood is a five (5) unit, stand alone condominium building on the top of Black Jack Mountain. Maplewood is owned by three families, not a large corporation. We pride ourselves on maintaining a clean facility because our families use the facility regularly.

All four units are newly remodeled. The remodeling includes: enlarged bathroom with all new fixtures which include a 2 person whirlpool bath (in units 1 & 3), granite counter tops, carpeting throughout, furniture, cabinets, appliances and great beds.

Amenities: Fireplace, 5 person hot tub, Phone, TV, VCR, DVD, Surround Sound, Full Kitchen, Microwave, Refrigerator, Cooking Utensils, Linens, Public Sauna, Coin Operated Washer & Dryer, Ski-in, Ski-out, One Block from Snowmobile Trail.

Rates for 2011-12 season in US Dollars:

$195.00 per day, 4 day stay, or $999.00/week, 25% more during Christmas week.

$195.00 per day, 2 day minimum, Sun. - Wed.

$240.00 per day, 3 day stay, Thurs. - Sat.

$275.00 per day, 2 day stay, Thurs. - Sat.

$320.00 per day, 1 day stay, Friday & Saturday, 6 day advance registration only.

25% more during Christmas week and President's weekend

Check in time is 3:00 pm, check out time is 12:00 noon.

50% deposit to hold dates, balance due 60 days before arrival. Personal check or money orders accepted. Dates can be changed up to 60 days before scheduled arrival.
